I lost my device! How can I deactivate Telos on the lost device?

If you subscribe to a service like iCould, you can remote-wipe your phone. After that, you really don’t need do anything special. Otherwise, you can take the following steps to stop Telos working on the lost device:

1. Install the Telos app on your new phone (assuming your new phone has kept the same phone number)
2. Activate Telos with the same phone number
3. When Telos is activated on your new phone, you will see a warning message:
